Project Management
Delivering projects on
time and complete to client specifications
is the goal of our Project Management Team.
In2change manages projects from inception
through final punch list as your single
point of contact.
Our communication and documentation
tools will give you a clear understanding
our progress throughout the project.
In2change has developed and will implement
a highly efficient project management process
that will document and track all activity
utilizing our project management binder.
The following outlines the processes documented
in the binder:
Project
Directory: This is created at the
inception of the project and references
the team members involved to complete a
successful project for you.
Project
Checklist: This document provides
a thorough review of project and building
parameters.
Project
Schedule: A project schedule is created
at the commencement of the project to detail
specific time line requirements. We use
Microsoft Project Software to create this
document. The project schedule is reviewed
and agreed to by all project participants.
Project
Task List: A task list will be generated
for you that details the pending task assignments,
the party responsible for completion, current
status and due dates.
Project
Specification Approval: Specification
approval forms are required to be signed
by Intarcia Therapeutics prior to order
entry.
Meeting
Notes: Meeting notes are prepared
for major meetings to document critical
decisions.
Project
Status Report: Project status report
(PSR) is updated and e-mailed weekly on
product shipping and order status.
Orders:
Documentation of all orders placed with
copies of customer purchase orders.
