Project Analysis
& Scope Review
Initial Consultation:
Conduct initial interviews with your companies
project manager to review project scope.
Space Plan Review:
Review space plan from AutoCAD file or architectural
drawings, if provided.
Field Measurement:
Perform field measurement and/or verification.
AutoCAD: If
needed, generate accurate AutoCAD drawings
per dimensions verified by field measure.
Verification:
Review and verify all finishes to be applied
with architect and/or your company.
Selection:
Coordinate and determine finishes with you
if needed.
Technical Documentation
Design: Develop
2D and 3D drawings of the typical workstations
to be applied.
Drawing Development:
Place furniture typicals into the space
plan for both open areas and private offices.
Develop layout showing all clusters; note critical
dimensions, special conditions, and electrical
power sources required.
Revision: Two
minor revisions are included. Minor revision
means change not exceeding 15% of layout.
Approval: Review
furniture plan with you for approval.
Product Specification
Specification:
Develop an itemized specification file to
include product description, product number,
quantity ordered
and pricing.
Finishes: Apply
and selected finishes to each product specified.
Order Verification:
Ensure specified product quantities and
finishes correspond with approved furniture
plan.
Revisions:
Two minor revisions are included.
Installation Documentation
Development:
Develop a full set of installation drawings,
showing all furniture panels and components
for installation team and may reflect existing
furniture conditions.
Power: Note
power locations related to the furniture
for electrical connections,
Legends: All
appropriate legends included.
